2. Trademark Ownership & Nominative Fair Use

The marks "Attraction Operators & Box Offices®", "DUBAI CITY JOURNAL™", "Downtown Dubai & Sheikh Zayed Corridor", as well as associated production titles, logo artworks, and character designations are registered trademarks and proprietary assets of the Attraction Operators & Box Offices Entertainment Group or their respective corporate proprietors.

The descriptive use of these trademarks on this website is made strictly in accordance with:

  • European Trademark Directive (EU) 2015/2828m6, Article 14: Limitation of the effects of a trade mark for referring to or identifying goods or services as those of the proprietor.
  • German Trademark Act (§ 23 MarkenG): Legitimate use of third-party signs for descriptive purposes and cultural reference.
